Our objective is that companies of the Maritime Sector can participate in all exhibitions of the maritime calendar.

We offer the possibility to participate indirectly through us in the different exhibitions of the maritime calendar. In this way, companies that can not participate directly will have an opportunity to promote their products and services in these exhibitions, saving some resources and without missing the benefits that each exhibition offers.

Methodology:

Previous the Exhibition:

-  Before the event we will coordinate with each company participating with us, the commercial and promotional actions to be carried out during the event.

- We will also identify potential clients among the exhibitors and participants of the event. We will focus the commercial and promotional actions on these identified potential clients.

- Each participating company with us, will send to our address the promotional and publicity material (catalogues, brochures, business cards, etc.)  they want us to distribute among exhibitors and visitors of the event.

During the Exhibition:

- We will visit the exhibition and distribute the promotional and publicity material received from our participating companies among the potential clients, exhibitors and visitors.

- We will inform potential clients, exhibitors and visitors, about the companies that participate with us and their products and services.

Due to we have been several years participating in the events of the Maritime Sector, carrying out promotional and commercial actions for companies, we are familiar with most exhibitors as we have already met them in previous events. In this way we could guarantee that the information that we provide is taken seriously by the potential clients, exhibitors and visitors.
 
After the Exhibition:

- Once the exhibition has finished, each company participating with us will receive a report of the exhibition, including the commercial and promotional actions carried out by us, photos, and comments about the visits, market situation, opportunities and a copy of the business cards exchanged.

- We will reserve one official catalogue of the exhibition for the companies participating with us and will send them a data base in excel with the email of all the exhibitors.

- Apart from the previously mentioned, we will offer support to the companies participating with us, in all commercial actions related to the exhibition and will submit all received enquiries to the correspondent companies.
