MaySud represents your company in the exhibitions you cannot attend.

Exhibitions are an excellent opportunity to promote companies, contact potential clients, and remind current clients that companies are alive in the market.

Maysud collaborates with companies who are interested in a determined event but are not able to participate directly in it.

Our objective is to collaborate with you in the promotion and marketing of your company in the events that you cannot attend. We take care of the preparation and execution of these actions, offer you the best service and guarantee optimal results.

 Before the Exhibition:

Excellent planning is crucial, we want to prepare a tailor-made plan for you. We study in detail exhibitions, participants, opportunities and prepare an action plan according to your expectations and needs.

Before the exhibition, please send us catalogues and brochures to be distributed (include your business cards). We will confirm once we have received the material:

During the Exhibition:

We travel to the exhibition and carry out the promotional and marketing actions we have planned together. We visit selected participants, introduce your company and hand out your catalogues, brochures and business cards.

During our visits we obtain information about business opportunities and, furthermore, the necessary contacts to materialise them in the future.

 After the Exhibition:

Once the exhibition is finished, we prepare a report about the actions we have executed. We include: key aspects of the exhibition, contacts obtained, detected opportunities, comments and conclusions. We also include photos to give you an idea about the current exhibition environment.

Furthermore, we include a copy of the business cards exchanged and the official catalogue of the exhibition to allow you to follow up on contacts made.

Our Fees:

We charge 900 Euros for exhibitions in Europe and 1,200 Euros for those outside Europe.
